Parfina is seeking a strategic, visionary VP of Client Services to lead our world-class client services team. In this role, you’ll manage large-scale, complex client portfolios, drive growth, and ensure seamless execution of social-first and influencer marketing campaigns. You will be the trusted strategic partner clients rely on to solve challenges, unlock opportunities, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

• Serve as primary liaison for senior client leads, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering strategic insights.

• Lead the development of creative, high-impact campaigns integrating influencer and social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.

• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable growth.
  

Team Development & Collaboration

• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Group Leads and Account Directors.

• Empower teams to manage large-scale, global accounts with confidence.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, ensuring cross-functional integration of strategy, creative, media, and technology.
  

Client Management Excellence

• Oversee onboarding, strategic planning, and campaign execution for multifaceted accounts with multiple stakeholders.

• Partner with Group Leads to navigate complex client structures, drive operational efficiency, and achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

• Guide teams in developing measurement frameworks to track performance and ensure accountability for results.
  

Operational Oversight

• Ensure accurate forecasting and financial tracking for assigned accounts, proactively addressing variances.

• Optimize resources and staffing to deliver projects on time and on budget.

• Lead development of client proposals and presentations, highlighting Parfina’s innovation and expertise.
  

What You Bring

• 10+ years of client services leadership, ideally within a media, digital, or social/influencer agency.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex client accounts, including high-growth or Fortune 500 brands, with budgets ranging $5M–$30M+.

• Deep understanding of social media marketing and influencer marketing integration into broader digital strategies.

• Track record of driving innovation, managing complexity, and scaling operations for high-profile brands.

• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team development skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to craft innovative solutions for complex business challenges.

• Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, with a client-first mindset.

• Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, or Google Analytics are a plus.
