We are hiring a Strategist, Performance Marketing to develop full-funnel paid media strategies and optimize high-impact campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for professionals seeking remote marketing jobs, work from home opportunities, digital advertising roles, or contract marketing positions with a fast-growing digital agency. You will leverage your expertise in paid media, data analysis, and platform trends to elevate campaign performance and influence strategic client decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies and guide campaign deployment across multiple platforms.

• Conduct qualitative market research and oversee quantitative research initiatives.

• Partner with clients to align performance marketing strategies with business goals and growth objectives.

• Lead strategic discussions and confidently present recommendations to internal teams and clients.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging paid media channels.

• Collaborate with media buyers, account teams, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Oversee client onboarding, budget pacing, campaign monitoring, and traffic sheet development.

• Produce clear, compelling written documentation for strategies, recommendations, and reports.

• Create Paid Media Playbooks and best-practice protocols to standardize performance workflows.

• Identify performance gaps and new opportunities across paid media channels.

• Analyze campaign data using measurement tools to guide optimization decisions.

• Participate in new business pitches and strategic proposal development.

• Manage account budgets effectively and support financial planning related to paid media efforts.

• Provide high-quality reporting and performance insights to clients.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5+ years of paid media strategy or execution experience across major social platforms.

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) advertising.

• Familiarity with Paid Search and Programmatic advertising.

• Strong ability to translate client goals into actionable paid media strategies.

• Confident presentation skills and effective client communication abilities.

• Proven success executing paid campaigns that drive measurable results.

• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process and performance gaps.

• Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage fast-paced communication needs.

• Proficiency with ad managers, analytics tools, and performance measurement platforms.

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, communications, PR, or equivalent experience.

• Experience growing brands through paid social advertising.
