We’re hiring a Sr. Director of Business Intelligence to lead our BI vision, shape our analytics operating model, and drive measurable growth across client accounts and digital products. This leadership role is ideal for candidates seeking remote marketing jobs, work from home opportunities, and senior BI leadership positions within a fast-growing digital agency.

Role Overview

As the Sr. Director of BI, you will:

• Lead and scale a top-tier BI organization—including BI Leads, analysts, data scientists, and AI specialists.

• Drive marketing measurement, insight generation, and optimization strategies that enhance revenue growth and client retention.

• Architect scalable systems, processes, governance models, and analytics foundations across our BI department.

• Partner with executive leadership to convert complex data into clear, actionable strategies.

• Deliver innovative BI, analytics, and AI solutions that differentiate Parfina in the digital marketing landscape.
  

What You Will Do

• Own BI strategy across a diverse client portfolio, driving revenue growth and long-term retention.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate trade-offs and turn unclear signals into decisive, data-driven guidance.

• Translate messy or incomplete data into confident, executive-ready insights and narratives.

• Architect and optimize BI systems, including pipelines, modeling standards, semantic layers, and secure dashboards.

• Develop SOPs, QA standards, and data governance to streamline workflows and improve delivery quality.

• Define KPI frameworks and leading indicators that align cross-functional teams and surface risks early.

• Lead and coach BI talent, fostering excellence, accountability, and performance.

• Champion quality and continuous improvement through critiques, reviews, and workflow optimization.

• Build advanced analytics and self-serve tools that strengthen proposals, renewals, and strategic decisions.
  

What You’ll Need

• 7–10+ years in Analytics/BI, with 3–5+ years leading teams in multi-stakeholder environments.

• Deep expertise in social media analytics, digital advertising, and major platform ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat).

• Strong experience with ad tech, marketing data infrastructure, brand lift, MTA, and MMM.

• Proven ability to build BI foundations, governance models, scalable processes, and documentation.

• Strong consultative instincts to frame problems, design analysis plans, and guide executives.

• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver business outcomes quickly.

• Fluency in SQL, dbt or equivalent modeling tools, cloud data warehouses, and BI visualization best practices.
