Parfina is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Analytics Lead to shape the future of our organization and our clients through powerful, data-driven insights. What You'll Do Here

• Lead full-cycle research initiatives, including client scoping, budgeting, methodology design, execution, analysis, reporting, and strategic rollout.

• Partner with account and service teams to understand client goals, KPI requirements, and reporting needs to build world-class measurement frameworks for social-first strategies.

• Support client service leaders by operationalizing reporting workflows and optimizing analytics processes to improve ROI for clients.

• Grow and manage a client portfolio alongside Client Leads and Strategy teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making informs brand and marketing strategy.

• Develop and enhance measurement products, including requirements documentation, methodology-building, stakeholder socialization, and continuous optimization.

• Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, professional growth, and high analytical standards.

• Lead thought leadership initiatives, creating white papers, case studies, articles, and industry analyses that position Parfina as a leader in analytics and insights.

• Design scalable reporting systems, including structured databases, automated data collection workflows, custom dashboards, and presentation-ready insights.

• Stay current on analytics trends, emerging technologies, and marketing research best practices to keep Parfina at the forefront of innovation.
  

You'll Need to Have

• Strong agency or marketing experience (highly preferred).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, research, or marketing insights.

• Expertise across quantitative and qualitative research, including:

  • Brand tracking & brand lift studies

  • Market Mix Modeling & regression modeling

  • Social listening & digital analytics

  • Primary and secondary research

• Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms:

  • Python, SQL, BigQuery, Sigma, GCP, and other advanced analytics tools.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategy, clear recommendations, and persuasive narratives.
