Parfina is seeking a creative and technical AI Engineer to revolutionize our content creation lifecycle. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing generative AI solutions to produce high-quality text, image, and multimedia content at scale. The ideal candidate combines engineering expertise with a deep understanding of content strategy and will play a key role in powering our marketing, social media, and client communication efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Develop Generative Workflows: Design and build LLM-powered chains and agentic workflows to automate content generation, summarization, personalization, and editing.

• Integrate Content Systems: Architect robust integrations between generative AI models and business platforms, including CMS, HubSpot, and social media APIs.

• Optimize Prompts & Models: Engineer, refine, and evaluate prompts; fine-tune models to ensure outputs align with brand voice, tone, and quality standards.

• Implement Quality Guardrails: Develop automated evaluation frameworks (AI Evals) and human-in-the-loop processes to maintain content quality, originality, and brand safety.

• Manage Data for Content AI: Build and manage data pipelines in BigQuery and Snowflake to feed relevant brand assets and knowledge into generative models.

• Collaborate with Creative Teams: Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to identify and execute high-impact AI use cases.
  

Qualifications & Skills

Core Technical Expertise

• 7+ years designing and developing production-quality software systems.

• 3–5 years experience with AI, LLMs, or engineering AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI (Gemini models) and BigQuery.

• Proficiency in building and deploying AI solutions using LangChain and/or Google AI Language SDK.

• Experience with agentic frameworks, specifically AgentSpace.

• Strong data integration and data warehousing skills using Snowflake.
  

Additional Technical Skills

• Deep experience in prompt engineering and optimization for models like Gemini, GPT-4, etc.

• Proficiency in backend languages, preferably Python or Node.js.

• Solid experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n.io) for content pipelines.
  

Business & Operational Skills

• Creative mindset with understanding of brand voice, content strategy, and marketing goals.

• Strong problem-solving skills to translate creative requirements into technical systems.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and creative teams.
