Parfina is looking for experienced sales reps who already know how to cold call.

This is not an entry-level sales position where we spend months teaching you how to pick up the phone. We're looking for confident, self-motivated salespeople who can prospect, handle objections, carry a conversation with a business owner, and ask for the sale.

We provide the sales process, scripts, services, CRM and support. You bring the phone skills and work ethic.

TWO WAYS TO SELL

ROUTE 1 — HIGHER-TICKET SERVICES

Cold call business owners, identify problems we can solve, and set a Google Meet demo.

On the demo, you'll have the opportunity to consult with the business owner, uncover where they're losing revenue, and present the Parfina services that make sense for their business.

This route gives strong sales reps the opportunity to develop larger accounts and sell across our suite of services.

ROUTE 2 — AUTOMATED LEAD RECOVERY

This is a simpler, faster sales conversation.

Our Automated Lead Recovery System helps home-service and other local businesses recover opportunities they're already losing from missed calls, after-hours inquiries, and leads that didn't close after the initial contact.

It's easy for a business owner to understand:

They're already paying for the leads. We help them recover more of the leads they're currently losing.

This service is designed around a one-call close, with follow-up when needed, giving experienced cold callers an opportunity to generate sales faster.

BUILD YOUR OWN PIPELINE — AND OWN YOUR LEADS

You create your own calling list.

We run that list through our CRM and assign the businesses to you as the lead owner.

That means another Parfina rep can't simply come behind you and start calling the same businesses you've been prospecting.

You build the pipeline. You work the pipeline. You earn from the pipeline.

THE EXPECTATION

The earning projections are modeled around approximately:

100 cold calls per day
5 days per week
500 calls per week
~2,000 calls per month

This is a 1099 independent contractor sales position with performance-based compensation and recurring commissions.

There is no artificial ceiling placed on what a productive rep can earn.

The more quality conversations you create, the more businesses you close and the larger your recurring commission base can become.

WHO WE WANT

We're looking for salespeople who:

• Already have cold-calling experience

• Aren't afraid to call business owners

• Know how to get past the first objection

• Can follow a proven script without sounding scripted

• Understand that follow-up is part of selling

• Don't need constant supervision

• Are comfortable working on performance-based compensation

• Want to build recurring monthly income, not just chase the next commission check

• Can consistently put in the call volume required to build a serious pipeline

Sales scripts and the sales process are provided. Little training should be required for an experienced cold caller.
