Parfina is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Product Owner to support our product engineering workflow and ensure smooth, efficient execution of our product roadmap. This role is essential for managing the backlog, prioritizing high-value features, coordinating releases, and ensuring quality standards are met across our creator safety and brand suitability technology products.

If you excel in agile environments, backlog grooming, bug triage, cross-team communication, and translating product strategy into actionable development work, this role is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Do Here

• Translate roadmap objectives and product strategy into well-defined user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.

• Own and manage the product development backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and bugs according to impact, urgency, and roadmap alignment.

• Lead the bug triage process, including issue reproduction, severity analysis, prioritization, and assignment to engineering.

• Facilitate essential agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Partner with QA or perform initial validations to ensure features meet all acceptance criteria and quality standards prior to release.

• Serve as the primary contact for engineering, clarifying requirements, removing blockers, and ensuring predictable sprint execution.

• Build a deep functional understanding of Parfina's products to identify dependencies, optimization opportunities, and technical trade-offs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, DevOps, AI, and Business Operations to ensure roadmap execution stays on track.

• Provide feedback from development cycles to help refine roadmap priorities and improve product planning.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, highly dynamic agile environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  

You’ll Need to Have

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven organization.

• Expert-level understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.

• Advanced Jira expertise for backlog management, sprint tracking, story creation, reporting, and velocity monitoring.

• Proven experience in bug triage, prioritization, QA collaboration, and test plan alignment.

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, web usability, and best practices for user-centered functionality.

• Strong technical background or experience with cloud services and modern development stacks (AWS, Node.js, React.js) is a significant asset.

• Understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts is a plus.

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
