Parfina’s Community Management department is growing, and we’re seeking a Lead, Community & Social to join our dynamic team. This is a role for an engaging, self-starting professional who thrives on social trends, emerging platforms, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll mentor a team of Community Managers, help establish processes, and drive strategies that elevate engagement for top-tier brands.

What You’ll Do

Community & Social Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor Community Managers, guiding daily posts, analytics tracking, and social account maintenance across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Act as strategic lead for high-priority accounts, providing mentorship and leadership across the social and community team.

  • Develop and manage content calendars, offering insights to optimize content, copy, and identify agile engagement opportunities.

Strategy & Process

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Creative, and Accounts teams to craft and implement community management strategies.

  • Assist in developing Community Management Playbooks for new and existing clients, outlining best practices for proactive/reactive management and crisis communications.

  • Provide guidance on innovative tactics to drive engagement, community growth, and brand presence.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Present actionable analytics insights to evolve strategies and improve social performance.

  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging social ecosystems to ensure Parfina stays ahead of best practices.

Team Collaboration & Expertise

  • Serve as the in-house social media expert, keeping internal teams informed on platform changes, trends, and industry best practices.

  • Ensure processes, protocols, and collaboration across Content, Creative, and Accounts teams are optimized and consistently applied.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, PR, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven track record of growing brands via strategic community management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience mentoring teams and driving social strategies.
