Parfina is seeking a strategic, client-focused Senior Account Director with a proven record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex client relationships across multiple industries. You excel at navigating diverse organizational structures and delivering integrated, high-impact solutions that exceed client expectations. With deep experience in the social, influencer, and digital agency space, you are a trusted advisor, capable of identifying growth opportunities and driving innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and strategic business objectives.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to client services teams, ensuring a 5-star client experience and high-quality work delivered on time and within budget.

• Own and track key account metrics, including revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

• Develop strategies to maximize account potential, including growth into new business lines, groups, and geographies.

• Lead the development of client proposals, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Strategy, Production, and Paid Media to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

• Align campaigns with client objectives to design social and influencer strategies that drive measurable impact.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform innovative campaign solutions.

• Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster innovation and professional growth.

• Oversee resources, workflows, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client campaigns.

• Maintain a strong understanding of marketing measurement practices, ensuring client campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in a media, digital, or social/influencer agency environment.

• Proven ability to develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Experience managing key account metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
