Parfina is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team. This role bridges technical expertise and business strategy, enabling the creation of advanced social media dashboards and AI-powered reporting tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and is passionate about leveraging AI to enhance analytics workflows and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design & Management

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights into social media performance.

  • Leverage Sigma and Snowflake (including Cortex AI features) to update dashboards with new features, data sources, and widgets.

  • Incorporate predictive analytics and AI-driven insights (Gemini, Vertex AI) to showcase business impact.

• Data Accuracy & Troubleshooting

  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with BI, engineering, and product teams.

  • Troubleshoot dashboard issues to ensure continuous access and functionality for stakeholders.

• AI & Automation Integration

  • Explore AI/ML tools (Snowflake Cortex, Gemini, Vertex AI) to automate reporting and improve efficiency.

  • Develop self-service reporting tools with AI-powered query support for non-technical users.

  • Continuously explore emerging AI/BI technologies to enhance reporting and deliver richer insights.

• Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with account management, product, and engineering teams to align reporting with organizational goals.

  • Educate and train stakeholders on best practices in social media reporting, AI analytics, and KPIs.

  • Conduct demonstrations of dashboards and AI-powered tools to improve adoption and impact.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in Sigma dashboards required; knowledge of Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis; marketing agency experience preferred.

• Familiarity with DSPs, paid media, and social media platforms is a plus.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar marketing analytics platforms.

• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
