Parfina is seeking a passionate Associate Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Marketing Sciences team. This role is ideal for analytical thinkers who want to drive marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights that maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate timely and accurate reports to communicate key findings, insights, and performance metrics using primary and secondary research methods.

  • Develop customized dashboards and presentations using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  • Conduct secondary research to support Strategy proposals with data-backed insights.

• Campaign Optimization & Insights

  • Produce actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and drive business growth.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular validation and cleansing processes.

  • Gather and consolidate data from diverse sources to support accurate analysis and reporting.

• Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Manage and maintain marketing databases in collaboration with tech, product, and data engineering teams.

  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving processes, methodologies, and analytical capabilities.

  • Share knowledge and best practices through training sessions, workshops, and internal forums.

• Industry Awareness & Professional Growth

  • Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices.

  • Apply insights to provide strategic recommendations and support business decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.

• Internship or co-op experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles; marketing agency exposure preferred.

• Exposure to DSPs, Paid Media, social media platforms, brand tracking, Brand Lift studies, and Google Cloud BI tools (Looker, Looker Studio) preferred.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL preferred.

• Experience with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
